3-day early-bird registration (by September 25th): $220 3-day regular registration (after September 25th): $260 2-day registration: $200 1-day registration: $100 Student registration 3-day: $60 Student registration 2-day: $60 Student registration 1-day: $30 Registration fees include a conference program, lunch, and receptions. (Please note: Food will not be served in the morning or during the breaks. There are several bakeries and delicatessens in and around the Convention Center to allow participants to purchase breakfast and/or snacks.) All participants registering on-line will receive an automatic e-mail receipt. Participants who register by fax or mail by the early-bird deadline will receive a receipt prior to the conference (others will receive their receipt after the conference). Pre-Registration will close October 10, 2012 at 5 PM. Refunds or cancellations will be given if requested by October 1, 2012. For updates, please check the web site as the conference approaches. Abstracts will be available on the web site prior to the conference.
